How do I personalize a book?
Each product page asks for the child's name and a clear face photo. We use that photo as the character reference for the artwork, so review names, spelling, and the uploaded image before checkout.
Can I change an order after checkout?
If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Personalized books move into production quickly, so earlier is always better.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law. Please review names, photos, dedication and order details before checkout. See our return and refund policy for full details, including orders placed before this policy took effect.
Where do I find delivery timing?
Delivery options and timing are shown during checkout. You can also use the delivery information link in the footer for shipping details.
How do returns work?
Because personalized books are made with custom details, returns can depend on the order issue. Please review the returns policy or contact us for help.
