How do I personalize a book?

Each product page asks for the child's name and a clear face photo. We use that photo as the character reference for the artwork, so review names, spelling, and the uploaded image before checkout.

Can I change an order after checkout?

If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Personalized books move into production quickly, so earlier is always better.

Where do I find delivery timing?

Delivery options and timing are shown during checkout. You can also use the delivery information link in the footer for shipping details.

How do returns work?
