Returns, problems and cancellations
Every Wonderbook Gifts book is made for an individual order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns of personalized books after delivery.
If something is wrong
If your book is damaged, misprinted, materially different from what we promised, or does not arrive, email contact@wonderbookgifts.com with your order number and a short description. Photos may help us resolve the issue faster. We will work with you on a free replacement, correction, or refund, as appropriate. If we need a book returned for a valid problem, we will arrange or cover the return shipping. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Other returns
Please contact us before mailing any book. If we separately agree to accept a return outside a valid product problem, you are responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. Send an approved return to the address we provide in our reply; do not send it to a print facility.
Cancellations and corrections
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel at no charge. After 24 hours, a personalized order normally cannot be canceled. If you notice a name, photo, or dedication error, tell us immediately; changes may not be possible after printing begins. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation and refund options as required by law.
Refunds and contact
