Where we ship
Wonderbook Gifts currently ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free. Available services and any optional Rush charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
Production and delivery
Each book is personalized and printed after the order is placed. For the smallest softcover book (14 × 14 cm, 30 pages), Gelato quoted 7–12 days for production and shipping across the tested New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago addresses. Add 1–2 calendar days for personalization before the order is sent to Gelato, for an estimated total of 8–14 calendar days for this format. These are estimates from the addresses and format tested; timing varies by book format and destination. The estimate shown for your order at checkout applies. We send tracking information when it becomes available. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
Optional Rush
Where offered, Rush adds priority handling in our preparation and production queue. Your book still goes through the same personalization, printing and quality checks. Rush does not change the delivery estimate shown for Standard shipping and does not guarantee an earlier arrival. The Rush charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delays and help
If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your delay, cancellation, and refund options as required by law. For questions or a missing delivery, email contact@wonderbookgifts.com with your order number. Our return and refund policy explains how we handle damaged, incorrect, or undelivered books.
