Tell us which page or step caused the problem and what you were trying to do. If you can, include your browser, device, and any assistive technology you use. A screenshot is optional. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Ways to use the site

• Use your browser’s zoom or text-size controls to make the content easier to read.
• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between interactive controls, and Enter to activate links or buttons.
• You can close the guided story creator with its close button or the Escape key.
• To reduce animations, enable the reduced-motion preference in your device’s accessibility settings.
